Adult Anxiety Skills Group
Meets virtually every Wednesday 6-7pm
When we try to avoid or ignore our anxiety, we add fuel to its fire. In this 8 week virtual group, you will practice new, more effective ways to respond to anxiety and, in doing so, disempower it. Combining mindfulness, ERP (the gold standard for anxiety and OCD treatment), and cognitive-behavioral therapy, this group will help you to understand the science behind anxiety as well as how to resiliently face it through your thoughts and actions - all within a supportive, kind, and encouraging environment.
